Our Commitment to Schools
We believe a dream education for parents, teachers and students is founded in intellectual curiosity and desire to pursue academic passions.
Yet, for so many, gaining access to a solid education is a nerve-wracking struggle. One in which our children's future hangs in the balance as we try to navigate school offerings, programs and finances. We believe that no child should be denied access to their academic passions because of these hurdles.
ASE partners with ASP schools to provide guidance, professional development, and curriculum mapping for teachers and students. We believe in reinvestment in all forms by supporting teachers in professional growth, building state-of-the-art technological classrooms for students and being a second set of eyes for administrators.

Why STEM?
STEM is one of the fastest growing sectors in the global market as nearly every company seeks to modernize their industries. Students learning hands-on STEM principals and creating a foundation in mathematics, logic and computer programing will be strategically well placed as they enter the job markets of tomorrow.
At its core, a STEM curriculum teaches children how to approach situations critically, to build and test solutions, and how to iterate with purpose.
STEM Careers
Science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) occupations have grown 79% since 1990.
STEM workers earn an average of 26% more than their peers.
Jobs in the STEM field will grow by more than 9 million by 2022.
Over the next decade many of the 30 fastest growing jobs will require STEM skills.
A STEM education better prepares students for careers such as engineering, biomedical research, finance, aerospace, computer programming, and much more.
Curriculum
STEM, like traditional curriculum, requires a well-rounded course offering designed with thoughtfulness and care.
Every child posses an innate curiosity that can blossom into a life-long passion for learning through a wide exposure to varied courses. We consider this when building our curriculum.
While our core curriculum plan starts with a traditional liberal arts approach founded in Common Core Standards, we ensure that all students gain exposure to 21st century informed science, technology, mathematics and engineering courses.

The ASE District Difference
A core tenant of our structure is community. While each school operates independently, we know that united we can offer more services and opportunities for students and staff alike.
What begins with shared club, curriculum and after school programming, culminates in the semi-annual ASE Summit for owners, teachers and students to come together, compete and learn fron each other.

Teacher Training
All schools receive teacher training, student management, and curriculum best practices from the ASE consulting team and from excellent teachers district wide.
Student Competitions
Competitions are more than just fun, they engage and sharpen the mind. Students have the opportunity to win trophies they can take home in robotic, engineering and sporting competitions hosted by ASE.
ASE STEM Fair
Each year we host an annual ASE STEM Fair in Seoul. We host student competitions open to the public, teacher development, and owner meet and greet. This community celebration allows us to offer services to your whole school in a unique and rewarding way.
Hiring
The best schools have the best staff. While hiring is at the discretion of the schools and principal, ASE supports by providing schools with resumes of licensed and qualified candidates.
ASE Certification
We work hand-in-hand with schools to implement a three stage transition to an ASE certified program which ensures all students meet Common Core Standards and ASE STEM requirements.
Administrative Support
The ASE consulting team is a team of three previous principals and two previous school owners led by Dr. Flannery who has more than 10 years of superintendent experience across two school districts. We are ready to step in and support with any needs.
Certification Support
ASE has strong professional relationships and track records with accreditation services as our schools earn top marks during the application process. We support schools in applying for, achieving and maintaining their accreditation.
